The living area has a log-burning fireplace, Smart TV and DVD player, comfortable seating for relaxation and socialising and an extendable dining table that can seat up to 8 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table with bench seating. There is a comprehensive selection of kitchen utensils and cookware.

Accommodation includes three bedrooms:

- A master bedroom with a super-king size bed and Smart TV.

- A twin bedroom.

- A bunk room that sleeps three, with a single bed plus bunks (2’6” wide), equipped with a Smart TV/DVD player.

- All necessary bedlinen, duvets, towels, hairdryers and a travel cot are provided.

Outside there is a spacious elevated deck with furniture, including a dining set, chairs and benches. A BBQ and outdoor lighting for evening gatherings and stunning views over Boat of Garten golf course and the Cairngorm Mountains.

The Treehouse caters excellently to families, offering amenities such as a highchair, travel cot, stair-gate and a baby swing. The adventure of staying in a treehouse, along with a garden den and swing, makes it a hit with older children, complemented by a plethora of games, books, and DVDs for all ages.

For outdoor enthusiasts like cyclists, walkers, and climbers, a dedicated boot room is available for drying wet and muddy equipment. Guests can also make use of spare wellington boots, a cyclist’s toolkit, an external tap and hose, and a covered storage area for bikes and skis.

Nature lovers will appreciate the abundant birdlife and wildlife in the garden and the surrounding area. The elevated deck provides spectacular views over the golf course to the Cairngorm Mountains and, with timing, a glimpse of the Strathspey Steam Railway.
