Crofthead Holiday Park offers 5-star accommodation in Ayr. Our park in Ayrshire is based in glorious countryside, the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. We offer luxury lodges, well-equipped caravans and pitches for caravans and motorhomes.

Lodge Hire

At Crofthead, we have a variety of lodges to choose from, with all including hot tubs to soak yourself in whilst enjoying a tipple. Crick View Lodges are pet friendly. All the lodges come with a fully-equipped kitchen including a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. You can unwind in the living room in front of the TV. Each lodge included a clothes airer and hair dryer (4 bedroomed lodges have 2 hairdryers). Outside there is furniture, ideal for a coffee in the morning sun.

Caravan Hire

We have a variety of caravans to choose from. All the caravans come with a well-equipped kitchen including a microwave, living area and bathroom. Each caravan sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms.

All our caravans are pet friendly (small dogs and cats must be house trained, sorry no puppies or kittens). Pets are not allowed on seating or beds and must never be left unattended in the caravan or on the site.

Onsite we have a range of facilities, including a new coffee lounge and reception area, a large play park, 18-hole crazy golf, outdoor gym equipment, laundry facilities and an on-site shop. We also have an enclosed nature walk for pets.

Whilst staying with us you can visit a variety of attractions in the area, including lots of activities, cultural experiences, beaches, restaurants and garden centres. Enjoy the activities and animals at Heads of Ayr Farm Park or visit historic Dunure Castle. Attractions to visit include:

Coyle Water Fishery.

Burns Centre.

Greenan Castle.

Ayr Beach.
