Trebellan Park is nestled in the picturesque Trebellan Valley deep in the heart of the Cornish countryside, yet only 2 miles from the glorious golden sands of Holywell Bay near Newquay. Quiet and secluded we offer a wide choice of accommodation including; lodges, mill house apartments, luxury caravans plus our 78 touring pitches.

Trebellan Park’s on-site self catering accommodation is found in our 3 comfortable Lodges and superbly converted Mill House Apartments. They are within strolling distance of Trebellan’s beautiful swimming pool.

Trebellan Lodge:

Situated next to the flats and the swimming pool, Trebellan Lodge has 1 bedroom with double bed and a single bed, bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining/living room with colour T.V. The Lodge is available for up to three people and bed linen is supplied but not towels.

Trepol Lodge:

Situated in the courtyard opposite the Smuggler’s Den Inn, Trepol is a barn conversion with a high standard of finish. It has 1 bedroom with a double and a single bed. There is an en-suite shower room, kitchen/diner with a breakfast bar and comfortable lounge with a settee that converts into an alternative third bed. For al fresco dining, there is a deck with a picnic table.

Penpol Lodge:

This charming property has one bedroom with a double bed with the option of a sofa bed in the lounge as well. The lodge has a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining/living room with TV and a shower room.

Mill House Apartments:

Originally the Old Mill where, years ago local farmers used to bring their corn to be ground, but are now converted into 4 well-appointed apartments. Each has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower, kitchen/diner and lounge with a TV.

Swift Burgundy Luxury Caravans:

All 6 vans are finished to a high standard, are spacious and stylish with high-quality furnishings and fittings. Positioned to make the most of the views they are fully serviced and the tariff includes gas & electricity.

Westmorland Luxury Caravan:

Our wonderful caravans are south facing and overlook the lake and open countryside. The caravans are fully equipped and come with a range of facilities to suit all your needs.

For those who love fishing, you can enjoy using our three established coarse fishing lakes which are within the boundaries of the park. They are flanked by mature woodland and are a great place to unwind and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the area while testing your skills. The lakes are well stocked with large carp, tench and silver rudd. There is a daily rod charge for those using the lakes and we do ask for you to observe our rules.

If you do want to explore the local area, our holiday park is the perfect base from which to do so. This part of Cornwall has unbeatable scenery, great surfing beaches or family all-weather attractions, so you will never be lost for something to do.
