Lower Trengale Farm Holiday Cottages is a family run business offering wonderful self catering accommodation in four cottages just outside of the village of St Neot, Cornwall. The cottages are in a peaceful countryside location just 12 miles from the sandy beach and fishing village of Looe on the south coast of Cornwall.

We have 4 beautifully furnished cottages available. These family friendly cottages offer excellent facilities and are located close to many of Cornwall’s top attractions. All of our cottages offer a log burning stove for those cosy winter nights. In the warmer months each cottage offers it’s own private garden with seating.

Loveny Cottage:

Our smallest cottage sleeps three in two bedrooms. Loveny Cottage retains it’s character with exposed beams, and a woodburning stove. Downstairs there is a main bedroom with a double bed and a single second bedroom. Both rooms share a fabulous family bathroom with a roll-top bath and hand shower attachment. Upstairs a gorgeous living space boasting the toasty wood burner, exposed brick wall and comfortable sofas. You can rustle up a delicious meal in the kitchen/diner.

Dozmary Cottage:

This charming cottage is great for a relaxing country escape for up to four guests. Downstairs there is a twin room with en suite shower and upstairs there is a master bedroom. The downstairs family bathroom comes with a bath and hand shower. Upstairs there is a superb open-plan living area with a kitchen/dining area and lounge. A magnificent wood burner is great for those chilly days.

Fowey Cottage:

Our fabulous cottage is our largest property, great for a family or group getaway. The cottage sleeps 7 in two double rooms, one single and an ensuite bunk room. A family bathroom comes with a roll-top bath and hand shower attachment The tastefully converted barn offers lots of fantastic features, including wonky walls and barn windows. Upstairs there is a lounge, dining area and kitchen, plus one of the double rooms with ensuite shower.

Golitha Cottage:

This superb three bedroomed cottage is ideal for a tranquil retreat. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms both with en suite shower room. Downstairs there is a further twin room and family bathroom. The ground floor living space is great space for unwinding in after a day sightseeing and includes a lounge/kitchen/diner.

Onsite facilities:

Onsite we have a brilliant multi-functional studio that can cater for celebrations, hen/stag dos, crafting, small conferences and even weddings. We also have a delightful honesty shop that stocks essentials and a few delicious treats. Our games room is available to all guests and has a pool table, table tennis table and a generous stock of board games. The grounds (6 acres in total) are available for our guests to explore complete with an enclosed area, great for walkies when you don’t want to go too far. Guests can also meet our local resident sheep, Bob and Marley and our pony Salsa.

Our holiday cottages are located on the fringes of Bodmin Moor which offers miles of rugged moorland, breathtaking tors and stone circles, fascinating relics of the Bronze Age and the iconic chimneys and engine houses of Cornwall's mining heritage. Lower Trengale Farm is ideally situated for exploring the beaches and fishing villages on the north and south coasts of Cornwall. There are many magnificent houses and gardens to visit within easy reach and walkers, cyclists, water sport enthusiasts and adrenaline junkies are also well-catered for!
