Bunny Cottage is an original farm cottage that has been updated to provide a spacious country retreat conveniently located for Newquay, the airport and Watergate Bay. Surrounded by rolling countryside and just a couple of other houses on the old farm, this cosy cottage has a lovely south facing garden with a deck. On sunny days you can dine on the decking and when it does get chilly you can retire to the lounge where the wood burner will warm your cockles!

Our wonderful cottage was originally a farm cottage which has been beautifully renovated to offer modern accommodation. Situated in a tranquil location, we are perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Inside there is a spacious kitchen/diner with a large farmhouse table. The well equipped kitchen will suit all your needs and comes with a double oven and 5 ring induction hob. The comfortable lounge is perfect for relaxing in after a busy day exploring the local area. Facilities include two sofas, a large flat screen TV, DVD player and Bose Bluetooth speaker. Patio open onto the delightful garden area. From here your can savour stunning views of Porth Valley. A downstairs cloakroom comes with a library.

Three spacious bedrooms are available. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed and boasts superb views of the countryside. A spacious twin and double room are also available. The family bathroom comes with a luxurious rolled top bath and separate shower cubicle.

Outside is a large decking area with seating, a BBQ and chimnea. This is the ideal place for a spot of al fresco dining. The south facing garden is a great space for children or dogs to enjoy.
