Roskear Farm is a family-friendly & dog friendly bed and breakfast at St Breock in Cornwall. This 18th Century farmhouse is a lovely place to rest and relax, whilst still being within easy reach of popular towns and villages such as Wadebridge, Padstow, Truro and St Ives.

The house features oak beams, comfortable sofas, and real wood fires and has a warm and friendly atmosphere. There are stunning views across Roskear's open farmland down to the river Camel and beyond towards the rolling countryside of St. Minver. Our guest rooms have a homely feel to ensure you feel at home from the moment you arrive. We have the following rooms available:

Breakfast is included within the room rate and is freshly cooked each morning on our Aga. This can be enjoyed each morning in our attractive dining room.

Roskear is a superb base for exploring Cornwall. It is within easy reach of the North Cornish Coastline which is famed for its rugged cliffs, abundant wildlife and quiet coves. There are so many paths just waiting to be explored, leading throughout some of Cornwall’s most picturesque countryside. Also close by is the Eden Project which makes for a memorable day out.
