Powys Country House & Cottages in Corwenn offers outstanding self catering accommodation. Nestled on the Western edge of Dee Valley, we are perfect for an idyllic break in Denbighshire.

We have a beautiful country house and two charming cottages to choose from. All the properties are beautifully furnished and equipped with a range of excellent facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible Set in 3 acres of lovely grounds, we boast amazing views of the Dee Valley and Welsh Hills. The country house also comes with a luxurious hot tub and games room, whilst a children’s play area and a BBQ/seating areas are also available.

Country House:

Our wonderful country house dates from the 1700s and still maintain it’s original character whilst offering high-quality accommodation. Inside there is a spacious kitchen with an American-style fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher, large range master double oven cooker and microwave. A breakfast room seats 14 and there is also an elegant dining room. You can unwind in one of the 2 lounges, with each including a smart TV.

In total, there are 8 en suite bedrooms. 6 bedrooms come with en suite showers, 1 bedroom has en suite bath & shower room, 1 bedroom has en suite WC. On the ground floor, there are also two toilets. Outside there is several lawned areas to enjoy, plus a giant size chess & draughts board and a tennis court. There’s also an enclosed paddock, great for your four-legged friend.

Cottages:

Our two gorgeous cottages, The Stable and Cowshed, have been beautifully refurbished to offer quality accommodation, great for a homely retreat. Stable cottage comes with one bedroom and The Cowshed has two bedrooms.

Each cottage comes with a fully-equipped kitchen including dishwashers and a washing machine, plus an en suite in each bedroom. An accessible downstairs wet room is also in The Cowshed. Both cottages and the country house can be booked together, great for wedding parties.
