Pattard Holiday Cottages provides 3 self-catering barn conversions offering plenty of space with friendly dog walks just outside. There are meadows surrounding the properties where dogs can easily be exercised. As it is a farm it is important that dogs are kept under control at all times. The coast path is less than 2 miles so can be reached on foot or is less than 5 minutes in the car.

The Granary is the conversion of the old roundhouse and grain barn. All the floors upstairs, in the bedrooms downstairs and in the roundhouse are wooden and the roof trusses have been left exposed. The roundhouse part, as the name implies is semi-circular in shape and is now the sitting and dining area. The property comprises four bedrooms 2 doubles upstairs & 2 twins downstairs. The kitchen has a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. The sitting/dining room is spacious with a wood-burning stove, TV and DVD player. Adjoining and included with the Granary is a 2-acre field which visitors are free to use for outdoor games.

The Stables as the name suggests is a conversion of the old stable. It can accommodate 6 people in a double and 2 twin bedrooms. The property consists of an entrance hall off which is the downstairs shower room with spacious power shower, toilet and hand basin. From the entrance hall is the kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and tumble dryer and a dining table. Off the kitchen is the living room complete with electric effect wood burner, TV & DVD player. here are also patio doors which lead to the patio area.

The Linhay is the conversion of the old cart and grain store. The property consists of a kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and tumble dryer and a dining table and chairs. There are exposed roof timbers in the living room as well as a wood burner, TV, DVD player and doors leading outside. It can accommodate 4 people in a double and twin bedroom.

Pattard has much wildlife including barn owls, hawks, buzzards, woodpeckers and bats to name but a few. The barn owls have their own nesting site incorporated into the conversion.

The village of Hartland has 3 pubs and a variety of shops. There are plenty of attractions close by such as Hartland Abbey, The Milky Way, Rosemoor Gardens and The Gnome Reserve.
