Within a four mile radius there are four glorious award winning beaches. We are just eight miles from Torbay and Dartmoor with its outstanding natural beauty and quaint villages. The area has many attractions for all age groups throughout the year.

Guests have their own self contained one bedroom accommodation. This complete suite is for your exclusive use for you to come and go as you please. We hope that guests treat it as their own home with none of the work. This is done by magic.

The en-suite bedroom has a four poster bed, TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The sitting room has comfortable leather seating with TV, games and books. The conservatory doubles as a breakfast room and relaxing area with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster and crockery. It has tea and coffee making facilities. The conservatory overlooks the patio, pond and gardens beyond with table, chairs and loungers for guests use.
