Broadshade Holiday Apartments are a collection of self catering apartments located in the peaceful and popular Roundham residential area close to both Paignton and Goodrington Sands beaches, just a five-minute walk from the town centre, bus and railway stations and the harbour.

The apartments are of varying sizes catering for the individual right up to the larger family and are a perfect place to stay for those looking to explore the English Riviera and Dartmoor with their pets.

All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with a cooker, fridge, microwave, digital TV, crockery and cutlery. Each apartment has kitchen and shower/WC facilities and one of the ground floor apartments has a wet room. There is also a laundry area with coin-operated washing and drying facilities. A free Wi-Fi network is also available.

Outside there is a large private rear garden for guests and their pets to relax in as well as a large car park.

The apartments are ideally situated to take advantage of the many cycle paths, walks and facilities open to pet owners in the area including the South West Coastal Path and the dog friendly Goodrington Sands beach. Paignton is the gateway to exploring Torbay which with its warm and mild microclimate makes it an attractive place to stay at any time of the year.
