The Purple Tree Guest House is a Victorian villa which offers outstanding guest houseaccommodation in Torquay, Devon. This is the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

There are 10 elegant en suite bedrooms, all perfect for a restful night’s sleep. You can choose from double, single, twin, deluxe honeymoon, super king and deluxe family rooms. All the rooms boast an array of excellent facilities: modern en suite, sumptuous memory foam mattress, crisp white Egyptian cotton bedding, USB charging points, Smart flat screen TV, coffee & tea making facilities, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

We also have two fabulous apartments available, the Palm Suite and the Olive Suite. The Palm Suite has a lounge with a kitchenette and two bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin/super king room. The Olive Suite is on the ground floor and has a lounge with a kitchenette and two separate bedrooms: 1 double and 1 room with a double and single bunk bed. One room has use of a full bathroom with a shower and the other has a toilet & wash basin.

There are spacious public areas with a guest lounge game room, bar, swimming pool & spa. The pool & spa are available during summer months.

We are in an ideal location in Torquay, only a short drive to the beauty of Dartmoor. Great activities include fishing, golf, horse riding and many more.
