Horry Mill offers pet friendly self catering accommodation near Hollocombe - Chulmleigh, Devon. Our delightful cottage is located in a fabulous wooded valley next to Hollocombe Water.

The holiday cottage sleeps 4 plus a cot and is very comfortable. It has oil fired central heating, a Rayburn and a wonderful inglenook fireplace, keeping it warm and cosy even during the winter months. We provide all the logs for you as well. Wi-Fi internet access is available.

Cottage facilities are, kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, auto washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, food processor and all expected utensils and pantry with fridge freezer. Our dining room has ample seating for 6. The sitting room features original inglenook fireplace and bread oven, television, DVD player and CD player. 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 twin bedded room. Radios and hairdryers and bathroom with suite and free standing shower.

There is a spacious south facing garden, terrace and BBQ for you to enjoy. Perfect for entertaining during those warm summer evenings. Our garden has a summer house which is made from oak out of our own woods. We welcome two dogs, but please note the garden is not secure, and ducks and chickens may pay you a visit. Dog towels are provided for those wet and muddy walks you may encounter.

Step from the door into our 65 acres of woodland, mainly mature oak with lovely bluebells in springtime. Spring also brings Pied Flycatchers for the birdwatchers out there. On the farm we have ducks, chickens and a small herd of Aberdeen Angus Cattle, supplying local people with our beef.

In Winkleigh we have an excellent general store, post office, butcher, two public houses, a cider company with a lovely cafe, a florist serving coffee and cake and a farm shop - kitchen near us. We are also just 20 miles from Devon's fabulous coastline.
