Exmoor Holiday Cottage in Brendon, Lynton in Devon, offers wonderful self catering accommodation in an idyllic location. Surrounded by wooded hills, we are the ultimate in peace and seclusion.

Our tranquil and secluded holiday home is ideal for a memorable holiday away. The property boasts a spacious sitting room with a wood burning stove, TV with SKY and DVD player. There is also a second sitting room with Sky TV, DVD player and dining table for up to 6 people. The large kitchen/diner has an oil fired rayburn providing full central heating and hot water in the Spring and Autumn, with an electric immersion for the Summer.

There is a ground floor double bedroom (king size), a bathroom with WC and a shower room with WC. Stairs lead up from the kitchen to two bedrooms, one double (4ft 6") and one twin. Both have views over the river.

Leading off the kitchen is a garden room with a door to the riverside garden. Over the years we have opened up delightful views of the river to be enjoyed from the lawn behind the cottage, garden table and chairs are provided.

All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
