North Walk House is home to a pair of well appointed dog friendly cottages in Lynton, Devon. Enjoy a break together, great for catching up with friends and family. For those who are travelling with their dog you will find the area has plenty of things to do that you and your pooch can enjoy. Lynton, Lynmouth, Exmoor and the coastal cliffs, which are amongst the highest in England, provide fantastic places to walk.

The Coachman’s Quarters – A large flat that has been tastefully refurbished throughout. Originally the old stable and Coachman’s room (hence its name), it now provides a place for a couple to rest, relax and recuperate. There is a large sitting room with a comfortable sofa bed, so if you require sleeping space for an additional two guests, it is available. On a platform raised up by about 20cm and separated from the sitting room by an oak balustrade is the kitchen with good quality cooking equipment, microwave, all the other eating stuff you need and a dishwasher. There is sufficient room in the kitchen to provide a dining table with 4 chairs around it, in French farmhouse style distressed wood, matching an interesting kitchen worktop with green glass tiled splash back and dark grey ceramic floor tiles. Outside is a terrace overlooking the sea, with views to South Wales some 25 miles away.

The Garden Studio is on the ground floor and has a terraced area overlooking the sea. It is a self contained studio apartment that has been comfortable furnished. You will find a sitting, small dining table and a bedroom area separated off by a short wooden partition. The bedroom area has a full size double bed and the sitting room area has a TV & DVD player. There is a small but fully fitted kitchen next to the sitting area, with Fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and plenty of cupboard space. The Studio has an ensuite with a shower, wash-basin and toilet.

The entrance to the Studio is through a glass conservatory/porch area, which has seating and looks out over the sea, allowing you to eat breakfast in the morning sun while you think about what you will do during your days on holiday.

Many walks can be taken from North Walk House and require no driving. You can park and leave your car for days with us. The house provides fully equipped accommodation with drying facilities.
