The Barn is a self catering holiday cottage and is located in Knowstone, South Molton, Devon. This beautiful newly converted barn in a quiet location close to the owners 17th century thatched farmhouse has been finished to a high standard and is centrally heated throughout with underfloor heating on the ground floor.

There is a 26ft lounge diner with digital colour television, separate well equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a separate downstairs WC and washbasin.

There are three bedrooms, one double with en suite shower room, WC and wash basin, one double with room for extra single or cot with en suite bathroom with shower over, WC and washbasin and one family room with double and single with room for extra single or cot with en suite bathroom with shower over, WC and washbasin.
