Lancombe has six stunning Dorset holiday cottages that overlook the walled and landscaped courtyard from one side, and the woodland area on the other. Each is idyllic, exhibiting traditional flint and brick and in the terrace of cottages are exposed beams. The holiday cottages vary in size, meaning there is something to suit all needs, whether a couple; a small group; or a family. Inside of each of the Dorset holiday cottages, you will find quality, comfort and warmth. The downstairs of each cottage offers an open plan, bright living space, with a lounge, a well equipped kitchen and dining area. Upstairs, the sleeping space and bathroom can be found, complete with all linen you require. Each holiday cottage benefits from a small, enclosed garden or patio area, to take in the views with an early morning cuppa, or an evening tipple.

Set further away from the courtyard, the Dorset holiday lodges can be found, resting on the edge of our woodland area. It’s a fantastic secluded spot. There are three holiday lodges available and each is exquisitely decorated and furnished and has a bright, spacious and airy ambience. The two larger lodges have their own private Hot Tubs, for even more relaxation! All Lodges are on one level and have an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area; plus bathroom and sleeping space. They also boast a sizeable decked terrace, with extraordinary views of the countryside and cattle to enjoy. There is also an enclosed dog exercise meadow, and warm water dog shower only a few steps away. Holiday lodges in Dorset don’t get much better than this!

You will not be short of things to do when it comes to your holiday at Lancombe holiday cottages and lodges. Exceptional leisure facilities are available to our guests, including an indoor heated swimming pool (open all year round), sauna, games room, walks and considerable land to explore. In addition, we have an Entertainment room with Table Tennis and Pool Table and family barbeque area, to name but a few. If you opt for a day on site, there is plenty to indulge in, whether rain or shine. You can even order fresh local food to be delivered to your door.
