The Stables (sleeps 4, 2 bedrooms) is situated in an old converted 1850's stable.

It has a contemporary layout kitchen, dining and living room in an open plan space modern fitted kitchen with good storage and worktop space and all mod cons are provided. Both bedrooms can be either a superking bed or two single beds, both with LCD TV. There is one shower ensuite, 1 bathroom and seperate shower ensuite plus a bathroom offf the living area. *32"LCD digital TV with satellite free view, DVD player in Living area & 22 meg Wi-FI throughout.

Open plan living means you can cook or be at the sink and watch TV or look at the Oscar wood/ multi fuel burning stove. The private patio area is adjacent to a beautiful nature pond. (Please note there is a metal/ wooden grid so is safe but supervision of very young children may be necessary) with chairs, sunloungers, BBQ and BBQ cooking utensils.

The stables also features a dining table which seats six, a leather suite and a wood burning stove with original brick chimney breast. A fully glazed door opens into a large sunny greenhouse with grape vines, peaches and vegetables. Oil fired central heating, mains pressurised system, shower and bath- and storage. The Stables is wheel-chair friendly.

The four acre site has ample room for the children to play or just stroll around at leisure in the well-kept gardens. The gardens have enough space to play badminton, croquet and football along with a fully enclosed and flood lit tennis court with well drained natural grass. There is also a small forest path. There are 3 hot tubs, 2 saunas onsite for private exclusive use during your stay (surcharge applies). The games room with wifi, Table tennis, table football, a slatebed pool & snooker, PS4, darts, and a host of age appropriate toys & games. Alfreco dining/ sunbathing area with each property. Summer house and tree house also onsite for enjoyment. The beautiful rose garden with stunning lake views is furnished with a picnic table and deck chairs to enable you to dine al fresco or relax and soak in the view. Archery lessons, segway tours, kayak instruction and mountain bikes are available for an extra charge.

There is also a children’s play area fitted out with a sand pit, swings, slide and a 14′ trampoline. One extra single bed can be provided at additional cost. Cot and highchair, steam steriliser provided at no extra cost.

We are located only a few miles from a new mountain bike circuit. The forest walk joins onto the 2mile lake side walk and being flat is ideal for easy walking jogging or cycling and of course been off road is very safe. It is also a local nature reserve. There is plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay with suggested itinerary
