Our countryside resort is set in a stunning location just outside St Andrews, the home of golf, and only a stone's throw from Kingsbarns Golf Links. It boasts fantastic sea views and is nestled close to the East Neuk of Fife's picturesque fishing villages. You can stay in our beautifully appointed four star courtyard cottages, unwind in home from home comfort and enjoy a perfect, relaxing break. The cottages show off original stone walls and each has its own outdoor seating area. They boast fully equipped kitchens, Wi-Fi, DVD players and mod cons. The Steading features five star boutique houses, offering immaculate, spacious and contemporary elegance. This luxurious accommodation can be set up for groups of all sizes in line with individual requirements.

We have a brand new purpose built Dog Activity Park available to book while staying with us. Our countryside resort is beside the village of Kingsbarns on the A917 coast road between St Andrews and Crail. Turn up Station Road opposite the church and the pub (signposted Dunino). You will pass several houses and one field on the right before you see our sign at the end of the tarmac farm road.
