Kinchellie Croft Self Catering offers friendly and homely holiday accommodation in the heart of Scotland, at Roy Bridge. Because of our location on the side of a hill every property has wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and hills. They are a fantastic base for those who are looking to explore Inverness-shire.

All cottages are laid out with the visitor in mind. From the living rooms and bedrooms, one cannot see any other property in the estate.

They are all double-glazed for your comfort and heated all year to keep them well aired and warm. The extensive gardens are well appointed making the visitor happy to enjoy the grounds. We have set aside areas for dog walking (we do ask owners to clean up any accomplishments they may make).

Log cabins: The 2 bedroom cabins are gas centrally heated and are 100% wood. They each have a veranda with garden furniture for four people, offering amazing views of the Nevis mountain range and surrounding Scottish highland countryside. The cabins include an open space living area with a 32″ Freeview TV and DVD player. The 2 bedrooms (1 double and the other with a full size bunk bed) are fully kitted out, plus a bathroom.

Farmhouse: Sleeps 10. 200 year old traditional farm house that sleeps up to 10 with hot tub (inside the house) and a log fire. Sky HD Sports and movies. Stone barn for gathering. Spectacular views of the Nevis mountain range & ski slopes. 400 acres of peaceful woodland and our own Highland Lochans.

This area of Scotland really is the Mecca for activity of all kinds. The visitor is spoilt for choice. From endless sightseeing to extreme sports, the choice is up to you. In times past folks were happy just to tour the Highlands and soak in the beauty. Now the young ones are coming and leading the way by demanding (quite rightly) activity-based holidays. The Highlands of Scotland are very well placed to fill activity-based days out. It has plenty of water for the many water sports.

It has snow for the skiers and snowboarders. It has the mountains for downhill biking and the Munroe baggers. There is an ever-increasing amount of quality providers of these activities. Kinchellie is central to many supervised activity centres.
