Brescalan Cottage provides lovely self catering accommodation in Borve and boasts stunning panoramic views. Our cottage on the Isle of Skye is in a great location and close to Portree.

Our cottage was originally built in 1908 and still retains many original features whilst offering modern accommodation. The cottage is tastefully furnished throughout.

The cottage can sleep up to 6 people in a king-size en suite bedroom, double room and a twin room. The king room is on the floor and the shower room is suitable for wheelchair users.

Our spacious living room includes a flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD player, DVDs, games, books and a lovely wood-burning stove for those chilly days. The kitchen also provides lots of space and is well-equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and toaster.

Outside there are lovely gardens with a picnic bench, ideal for a coffee in the morning sun.

Just 2 miles away from our dog friendly cottage is a golf course. Lots of areas locally are ideal for walking, horse riding, boating, cycling and fishing. There are a range of places to visit nearby such as Dunvegan Castle, Talisker Distillery, Eilean Donan Castle and the Isle of Skye Wildlife Tours.

Rates: From £160 - £200 per night (for a couple using only one of the bedrooms). £35 pppn for each additional guest.

7 nights for the price of 6 throughout the year. Minimum 4-night stay.

Maximum of 2 dogs. Pets must be kept under control and on leads as there are animals grazing nearby.
