Finlaystone Barns are two pet friendly, holiday barns (East and West) and a Family Barn situated on a 100 acre site at Langbank which overlooks the Firth of Clyde and is 20 miles west of Glasgow.

East and West Barns: The interior open plan space is fitted out to a high standard with all the facilities one would expect. It has a fully fitted kitchen with microwave oven and Nespresso coffee machine and a wet room with shower. A wide screen TV is provided and wifi access is available. And although the thick insulation and/or radiators will keep the place warm, a log burning stove and wood is provided for added ambience and will keep you cosy whatever the weather.

There is a double bed in each Barn which we are confident you will find comfortable. We can also provide an extra bed should you require it.

The properties have been finished to a high standard and are perfect for 2 adults. An extra bed can be made up if you want to bring a child.

Family Barn: Our wonderful family barn is on the ground floor of a gorgeous oak framed building with exposed oak posts and beams. This spacious barn sleeps 6 and includes a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, an enclosed bedroom with a king-sized bed, a separate sleeping area with a double or single bed or two singles. A sofa bed is also available. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen which includes a microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine washing machine and dryer. Unwind in the cosy living area which has a wide screen TV.

The estate has woodland walks, extensive formal gardens and children play areas which are open to the public in the daytime but the visitors are not intrusive and at night time the place is wonderfully quiet.

The estate also has a small shop, a tea room and ranger service and is home to the Clan MacMillan Centre. Visitors can however easily access the many local places of interest ranging from Glasgow to Loch Lomond all within easy driving distance.

For horse lovers, the world class Ingliston Equestrian centre is nearby and there are several world class golf courses within an hour such as Gleneagles, Royal Troon and Loch Lomond. It is a great base for any trip to the West of Scotland for business or pleasure.
