Elms Farm Cottages offer well equipped accommodation in a beautiful part of Lincolnshire. Whether you are here on holiday, business, looking for somewhere to stay whilst moving house, attending a local wedding, sightseeing, competing in local sports events or having a romantic weekend away from it all, we will ensure your stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable. We are situated at Hubberts Bridge near Boston.

Our accommodation has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout, ensuring you have a place to stay that feels like a home from home. Dogs are welcome in several of our holiday cottages and we have over 18 acres of grass paddocks for you to exercise your canine friends. Across our 10 cottages, we can accommodate 42 guests in one, two and three bedroom cottages. Nine stylish and comfortable cottages to sleep 1 - 40 guests in 20 bedrooms. Seven two bedrooms cottages and two, three bedroom cottages. We can add a 'z' bed to some cottages for an extra person if required.

A number of the holiday cottages have excellent facilities for either the elderly, the less mobile or the disabled, with low thresholds, level floor showers with height adjustable shower seat and wash basins; grab rails are fitted as standard in the shower and toilet areas. With a fascinating history and wealth of natural beauty, Lincolnshire has something for everyone; discover pretty market towns, sandy beaches, animal parks, ancient architecture, aviation sites, fantastic golf courses and much more. Nature lovers can access a wealth of sanctuaries and reserves nearby including the RSPB at Frampton Marsh, Frieston Shore and Gibraltar Point, and in the winter months visit the colony of Grey Seals at Donna Nook.
