Orton Estate is located on the eastern side of Scotland, midway between Inverness and Aberdeen. Ten miles from the sea, it is situated in idyllic rural surroundings beside the River Spey, one of Scotland's most famous salmon fishing rivers.

Our holiday properties range in size, from being able to sleep 2 to 14 people only. In total, we have 5 large houses and 2 small cottages to choose from.

Each property can be serviced by our housekeeping team at an additional cost if required.

You can also make use of our full board or part board catering services, both of which operate from July through September. Or if you prefer, you can be self catering.

We are within easy reach of the seaside, of the Grampian mountains as well as the beautiful unspoilt countryside between them. Lots of golf courses are also in the area.

Apart from exploring the hills and mountains by car or on foot, nearby places of interest include some of Scotland's famous castles and some of its best-known malt whisky distilleries.
