Our lovely cottage is perfect for couples or young families looking for somewhere special to stay. Due to the property’s low ceilings, the twin bedroom and snug upstairs are really only suitable for younger children. With a downstairs king size bedroom and bathroom, the cottage is also well suited to those who would prefer to avoid the stairs!

In the lounge you will find two leather sofas, a wood burning stove, dining table, satellite TV and DVD player. The well equipped kitchen has a 5 ring cooker with a double oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils.... pretty much everything we think you may need for a real 'home from home' holiday.

Outside there is a garden shed and secluded garden. A great place to relax on a warm summer’s day.

We are the perfect base to explore a range of attractions in the local area, which include Lossiemouth East Beach, Spynie Palace, Duffus Castle, Lossiemouth Fisheries & Community Museum as well as the many golf courses, castles and distilleries for which Moray Speyside is renowned.
