Manor Barn offers outstanding self catering accommodation in the historic and coastal village of Happisburgh. Nestled in a tranquil countryside setting in Norfolk, we are the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life.

Our wonderful property was originally a 450-year-old thatched barn which has now been beautifully renovated to offer high-quality accommodation. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, the barn is perfect for an idyllic holiday.

The barn is beautifully furnished throughout and sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en suite. One ground floor bedroom is available. Outside there is a fully enclosed stabled yard with teak garden furniture and a pretty grassed orchard garden. Ideal places for a morning coffee or glass of wine in the afternoon sun.

The spacious sitting room is perfect for relaxing in and comes with smart TV, comfy sofas and a Roberts iStream 3 radio. A well-equipped kitchen has direct access to the stable yard. Excellent appliances include a large induction stoves range cooker, slow cooker, Nespresso coffee machine (you’ll need to provide your own pods) microwave, integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can savour a lovely home-cooked meal at the oak dining table which seats up to 12 people.

Bedrooms consist of a downstairs super/twin room which has direct access to the stable yard. Upstairs there is a king en suite with a full sized roll top bath and double bedroom. A downstairs shower room is also available.

Unlimited dogs are welcome for free. Reactive dogs are very well catered for here, offering a quiet location, secure fenced garden and owner awareness of the needs of reactive dogs.
