If you are looking for somewhere to relax and unwind in comfort, then this could be the place to stay. We have over 100 acres of our own forest, wonderful walks and abundant wildlife. We have cycle routes and horse riding on our doorstep and Norfolk Wildlife Trust Centre is just a short drive away - there is so much to see and do around the area (even in the winter). We are especially lucky to have many excellent places to eat in North Norfolk, as well as dog friendly pubs and great shopping within a short drive.

We have been running our small family business for over 25 years. Each lodge is fully equipped, warm and comfortable and available for holidays all year round. All have parking directly outside for at least 2 cars. There is a laundry on site (small charge) and a Wi-Fi in all the lodges. We also have lots of animals - pigs, sheep, ponies, ducks, chickens and even red squirrels (we belong to the East Anglian Red Squirrel Group who are trying to help save them.

LODGE DESCRIPTIONS: All lodges have TV, DVD players, microwaves, radios and dishwashers (no dishwasher in Acorns). All bedding is provided as well as towels/tea towels. Please note Squirrel Lodge doesn’t have towels.

ACORNS - (sleeps 2 + baby or small child). A cosy single storey lodge tucked away in a quiet corner. It consists of a spacious living/dining area with kitchenette off, a bedroom with king size bed (can be split into single beds) and a bathroom with WC, basin and bath with shower over. Gas central heating and electricity included in price.

CHESTNUT LODGE - (Sleeps up to 5) This is a single storey park home with 3 bedrooms, open plan living/dining/kitchen, new bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Gas central heating and electricity included in price. Large enclosed balcony on two sides.

HAWTHORNS - (Sleeps 4 + baby or small child). This is a delightful single storey lodge with 2 bedrooms (1 double with en suite bathroom, WC. and basin and 1 with 2 single beds). Open plan living/dining/kitchen area with a new 4K TV with Netflix free of charge. Shower room with WC. and basin. Gas central heating and electricity is included in the price in this one. Decking area outside overlooking pony paddock.

SQUIRREL LODGE No 9 - (Sleeps 6 + baby or small child). This has 3 bedrooms - 1 double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room and 2 bedrooms upstairs each with 2 single beds. Downstairs is a living/dining/kitchen area and family bathroom with WC and basin. Gated balconies at front and rear. Central heating by electric storage heaters (included).
