Piggyback Barns is a collection of 3 self catering converted holiday homes, located in a lovely part of Norfolk at Sculthorpe. This small Norfolk village is an ideal base for those who want to explore the east of England and is just a short drive from Fakenham where you can find all shopping amenities. Ideal for couples, small families or groups of family and friends who want to enjoy a break away together.

Kingfisher Barn situated to the right hand side of the three converted barns looking at them from the front. The side aspect of the barn gives it a brighter interior and some superb views over the lawn and farm land. The barn has 2 large en suite bedrooms downstairs and 3 large en suite bedrooms upstairs. The spacious property has exposed beams in the upstairs bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have balconies so guests can experience the lovely view. All bedrooms have a small flat screen televisions and ample wardrobe space.

Woodpecker barn consists of two large bedrooms downstairs, first of which has twin or zip and link option bed with an en suite shower/bathroom and the second also has the zip and link option and offers a wet room. Upstairs on the first floor you will find another two large bedrooms both of which have four poster beds with en suite bath/shower rooms. It has a spacious living area with a flat screen television, oak floor, wood burner and large comfortable sofas. The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped and has a range cooker, tiled flooring and access to a small enclosed courtyard.

Kestrel barn is identical to Kingfisher in layout and is the middle barn of this stunning collection.

Our function hall is situated to the rear of all the barns and is offered for use by guests staying within the barns for duration of their stay. (This is subject to private hire of the hall). Within the hall we provide a mini gym and games which can entertain the children for hours, there is ample grass area outside of the hall. The hall has its very own catering kitchen, drinks fridge, which would be ideal for a gathering or a dinner for you and all your guests, with five long oak tables and faux leather chairs for up to 40 guests.
