Prospect Farm offers beautifully converted stone barns in the village of Wilton, on the A170 four miles east of Pickering. The village sits on the southern edge of the North Yorkshire Moors which provides an excellent base to visit the many local tourist attractions in the area including Dalby Forest, North Yorkshire coastline, Vale of Pickering and easy access to the historic cathedral city of York.

Derwent and Sinnington: Perfect for a single person or couple, these roomy cottages offer accommodation of quality and character with beamed ceilings and galleried bedrooms. Tastefully furnished. Lounge – spacious with electric coal stove and TV/VCR/DVD. Kitchen with breakfast bar. Fully equipped with electric cooker and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. Shower room with WC.

Saltersgate: Lovely carefully furnished single-storey spacious cottage with double bedroom, combined lounge and kitchen and shower room with WC. The lounge benefits from a colour television and electric coal stove. Dining table and chairs close to kitchen area. This cottage is accessible to wheelchair users – consideration given to space in all rooms.

Middleton: This exceptional cottage, newly converted from a listed stone barn, has many original features and offers accommodation of quality and character for up to 4 people although an extra single bed is available for occasional use.

Why not bring your own horse and enjoy the experience of riding through Dalby Forest or over the North York Moors, the views are stunning and there are practically no roads or traffic to concern you.

Our stabling consists of four traditional stone loose boxes, situated in the courtyard, with secure tack room. 10 acres of secure paddock is also available on site.
