Stable Cottage is just a stone’s throw from the tranquil North Yorkshire moors and is the perfect base from which to explore this beautiful and enchanting area.

This one bedroomed holiday cottage has been completely refurbished to an exceptionally high standard, giving a contemporary country feel, with its rustic solid oak furniture and sumptuous and elegant linens and fabrics. It boasts a luxurious king sized bed with exposed beams and open ceilings, stone flooring with underfloor heating, stone window seats, open plan living space with well equipped kitchen.

The historic harbour town of Whitby is just 8 miles away and its many famous attributes such as its Ancient abbey, marina, cobbled streets, bars and wine bars, all adding to the whole dining and romantic experience to be gained from visiting the Whitby area. Many unique shops and boutiques situated in Whitby add a little something extra for the keen shopaholic.

For walkers, the famous Lyke Wake walk passes through the valley to the rear of the cottage and many other coastal and country walks are accessible from the cottage, such as Ravenscar, Boggle Hole, Robin Hoods Bay, Maybecks, Falling Foss and Gothland. There are many other quaint coastal villages nearby, such as Staithes, Runswick Bay, Saltburn and Robin Hood's Bay, which are all within easy reach and a real must to see.
