Glencarron Lodge is located on the beautiful Glencarron Estate. It was originally a Victorian Shooting Lodge and today provides dog friendly self catering accommodation. The lodge is on the outskirts of the Ross-shire hamlet of Strathcarron. This is the ideal location for exploring the historic region of The Highlands.
This large property can accommodate up to 18 people in 2 double, 7 twins and 2 single bedrooms. There is a spacious drawing room which has a working fireplace. Hidden away from the main Drawing Room at the lodge is a more relaxed sitting room where teenagers and children will love to watch TV and play games. There is a modern kitchen which is well equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, Aga and washing machine. The lodge benefits from having 2 games room which include a snooker table and table tennis.
Outside is a secure garden with stunning views.
The area surrounding the self catering lodge is perfect for a range of outdoor activities including walking, cycling, shooting, fishing, golfing and sailing. There are plenty of attractions to visit such as Gairloch Heritage Museum and Inverewe Garden.
