Red Kite Cottage is set in the stunning Shropshire countryside at Cardington. Shrewsbury, Ludlow and Ironbridge are all around 30 minutes away by car and it's only ten minutes to Acton Scott Historic Farm. It is part of North Hill Farm bed and breakfast

The cottage was built from local stone, in keeping with the landscape, to take advantage of its outstanding position on the hill.

It is an ideal option if you want peace and quiet and away-from-it-all privacy with wonderful walking from the door. This lovely room has a king size bed and a sofa bed so can be used for families. It has a dining table and chairs and a 32" TV.

The private terrace facing Caer Caradoc catches the sun through much of the day and into the evening - relax with a glass of wine and take in the views.

The terrace is enclosed so is handy for guests who bring their dogs, or other pets. We regularly have a pair of tortoises who come to stay - they are older than their owners.

It is the ideal place to stay for anyone who loves the peace of the countryside, whilst being central for Shropshire's many attractions.
