Welcome to Bay View @ Primrose Hill. Situated in the pretty seaside hamlet of Blue Anchor Bay, nestling between the Exmoor National Park and the Quantock Hills, Bay View enjoys panoramic views of Blue Anchor Bay, Dunster Castle, North Hill and toward the Exmoor National Park and the Quantock Hills, looking out over the Bristol Channel to Wales and the Brecon Beacons, Blue Anchor Bay and the surrounding countryside provide a peaceful and secluded environment but within easy reach of all that West Somerset and Exmoor has to offer. A holiday with us has plenty to suit all interests and ages.

New for 2024 Bay View @Primrose Hill sleeps up to six guests and has been completely refurbished. It has two private garden areas with sun loungers, tables, chairs and a parasol, ideal for eating al fresco or just sitting relaxing and enjoying the far reaching views of Blue Anchor Bay, the surrounding countryside and towards the Quantock Hills. A Gas BBQ is provided with a charcoal BBQ available on request.

The large lounge has patio doors opening onto the well maintained garden, watch the steam trains on the West Somerset Railway from the comfort of your lounge!

The kitchen/ dining area also has a cosy seating for two and access to the courtyard garden, a lovely sunny spot for evening drinks.

There are three bedrooms, all with sea views, and two wet rooms (one ensuite).

Bay View is ideal for couples, multi generational families and friends holidaying together and is suitable for disabled holiday makers, it has level access and a rise and recline chair in the lounge, electric beds and wheel chair friendly wetroom.

There is free WiFi and a freeview television in the lounge, dining area and all bedrooms. The lounge TV also has an Amazon Firestick for catch up TV. A DVD player can be requested.

The open plan kitchen is equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and a generous supply of crockery and cutlery, together with tea towels, an oven cloth and essential cleaning items (washing up liquid, J cloths and much more!) Bed linen and towels are provided. The laundry room has extra fridge and freezer space, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The games room is equipped with a pool table, darts and table tennis and a selection of beach games, buckets and spades as well as books for both adults and children. Maps and guide books and copies of tried and tested walks are available to borrow and a selection of tourist information leaflets.

Dogs are welcome in Bay View at an addition charge. Our dog friendly woodland walk is just lovely.

There is parking for up to four cars and an EV charger is being installed.
