Duddings Country Cottages offer pet friendly self catering accommodation situated at Timberscombe, Somerset. We are perfectly placed for those wishing to explore the magnificent Exmoor National Park. We have 13 self catering Minehead holiday cottages which cater to all the family (even the furry ones!)

Our Exmoor holiday cottages are inspected each year by VisitEngland for the range of facilities and the quality standards that we offer and we have achieved a rating of 4 stars. All the cottages are equipped to the highest standard and each has individually controlled central heating supplied by our new wood chip biomass boiler.

We offer a 16th century thatched Longhouse that sleeps 12 along with 11 classic and spacious cottages with varying numbers of beds to best suit your needs whether it be the Cleeve apartment in the South Barn- sleeping 2, or the Stable Cottages accommodating up to 16/18 people in 8 bedrooms.

The Somerset Cottages here at Duddings are well equipped with facilities to entertain the whole family, including a new heated indoor swimming pool & spa bath, a hard tennis court and a games room including table tennis, pool table and table football. Other facilities include a trampoline, 9 hole putting green, football goal, play area with swings, a slide, fireman’s pole and assault course. Incorporated into the estate is 9 acres of land to be explored at your leisure, providing the perfect picnic area with a safe river.

Well behaved dogs are very welcome at Duddings - we know how important it is for you to bring your most faithful friend with you on holiday. Many beaches are dog friendly and there are superb places to explore in the stunning Exmoor countryside.

Somerset plays host to some breathtaking scenery across a rural county of rolling hills which incorporates the Blackdown Hills, Mendip Hills, Quantock Hills and the Exmoor National Park teaming with colour and life.
