Mutton Barn offers outstanding self catering accommodation in the small village of Great Alne near the market town of Alcester. Our barn sleeps a total of ten people in four bedrooms in a beautiful part of Warwickshire.

Our recently refurbished property offers a truly wonderful experience. Nestled in an elevated position upon the Alne Hills, the property enjoys stunning views over Warwickshire’s rolling countryside. Surrounded by ancient woodland and open countryside, we are ideal for an unforgettable holiday.

The well-equipped kitchen/diner comes with granite worksurface’s, a gas range cooker, cooks island, coffee machine, microwave and a dishwasher. The gorgeous walnut table seats up to 8 people. You can relax and socialise in the gorgeous lounge and snug area. The area comes with lavish sofas, a plasma TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker and a cosy wood burning stove. The snug comes with a sofa and an additional TV. Outside there is a spacious fenced garden surrounded by stunning countryside.

Off the family lounge is a downstairs bedroom which comes with a king size bed, 3ft bunks and en suite facilities. The master bedroom has a luxurious master suite with a walk in wardrobe, private balcony and modern bathroom. Two further bedrooms come with king size beds and share a family bathroom.

The local area offers a range of attractions and activities for all ages. Stratford is located just seven miles away and offers a variety of hops, leisure facilities and many restaurants. There are numerous National Trust houses and gardens nearby including Charlecote Park, Packwood House, Baddesley Clinton, Upton House and Coughton Court. In the local area guests can also go horse riding, play golf, go walking, cycling, clay pigeon shooting, take a boat trip, visit museums and much more.
