Both properties are situated in traditional white-washed fishing cottages along the shores of Loch Broom. They boast breathtaking views over Shore Street and the beach, looking out towards the bustling harbour and the majestic mountains beyond. Balone House

This cottage features three spacious bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, with a large living and dining room, a kitchen and a separate utility room with a WC on the ground floor. The house enjoys the comfort of underfloor heating and has been recently refurbished.

Ullapool Flat

This offers cosy accommodation with a double bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. It has a well-equipped kitchen and is located on the ground floor, providing easy access.
