Cartwheel Bothy is the perfect self catering property for a romantic getaway and is situated in Isle of Scalpay, Isle of Harris on the Western Isles. We are the perfect place to escape to from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

Our dog friendly holiday home is ideal for couples looking for somewhere special to stay. If you have a child there is plenty of room for a travel cot or occasional bed. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge if you have friends wanting to stay for a night. The self catering cottage has a charming open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a range of excellent appliances. There is also a lovely king size bedroom and there is plenty of room for a travel cot.

Outside there is a fully enclosed rear garden and a gravelled seating area to the front which overlooks the bay.

Cartwheel Bothy is an ideal base from which to explore the Hebrides. You can visit all the islands - Scalpay, Lewis and Harris all in a day. Alternatively if you are staying on the Isle there are many things to do including fishing, golf, walking, kayaking and boat trips.
