Tregiffian Vean is a particularly spacious converted farmhouse and barn, which has been tastefully converted into one large property. It is completely detached and surrounded by forty acres of its own land. The fields behind are rented out to a local farmer, but there is still a large garden to enjoy. There is a large pond a little way from the actual house which is fenced off, but this may be unsuitable for small children. The panoramic views to the front are out towards the sea and Longships Lighthouse, (the very end of England) with the Scilly Isles visible on the horizon on a clear day. The accommodation is arranged over two floors, with the living rooms on the first floor and the bedrooms on the ground floor to get the best possible views.
