Next to the Farmhouse in a separate annexe we have two rooms both en-suite and both can be either twin or double room. Each room has TV and Hospitality Tray. Both rooms are centrally heated and breakfast is served in the tea room which during the cold winter mornings is heated by a wood burning stove. The bedrooms are separate from the house, i.e. they have their own entrance and therefore can be let as a complete semi- self contained unit!. Beautiful views are seen from each window. The bed linen is top quality Egyptian Cotton sheets with either blankets or duvets. For families a "smaller" fifth member can be put up on a "Z-bed" for £10.00.

Meldon Park Estate is a traditional rural estate based in Northumberland, West of Morpeth. The estate spans the Font River Valley and further south to the Wansbeck and Hart River Valleys. The house itself sits in the Wansbeck Valley with a commanding view to the South overlooking the River Wansbeck where it is joined by the River Hart.
We offer a spacious 2 bed apartment attached to the main house Meldon Park.
Originally the servants quarters for the house. There is great space with large open rooms and high ceilings. A log burning stove in the sitting room which overlooks the fountain and front garden with the original cedar tree that has been there since the house was built.
From the front garden south you have a wonderful view across the Wansbeck Valley with the river in the bottom.

Blackpitt Farm Cottages are located in the market town of Stow on the Wold, Cotswolds in Gloucestershire. The two cosy self catering holiday cottages are hidden at the end of a private drive.
The self catering accommodation has a private flower and lawned garden with seating, picnic tables and barbeque, ideal for summer breaks. Blackpitt is also charming in winter.
Something we recommend is getting up early on a frosty morning when everything is still and quiet, when the roads are empty and the birds are singing in the hedgerows.
