Used the Novotel in Birmingham for an internal meeting in April and it was a great experience. The facilities were good, food was excellent and all staff on hand to support where required. No hesitation in rebooking and sure we'll return soon.

On arrival at the Hotel a fantastic greeting from Ionut at the front desk, very polite and efficient. Spacious car park on a first come first served basis. Room was very clean and tidy, had tea and coffee making facilities. Next morning’s breakfast was PERFECT. Great service…..

After having Online booking difficulties, and believing that I had made and paid for the booking, I then actually found a contact number I could call. The member of staff was very helpful. He made the booking for me and gave me a reference number and sent me an email to confirm the booking. All I needed to do was pay online. I did try several times to try and pay online and actually thought the payment had gone through. However, when arriving at the hotel I was told that the booking had been cancelled. I explained about the difficulties I had had and the female staff member was EXTREMELY helpful and managed to sort things out for me. My daughter and I then had a very comfortable stay in the hotel and a nice breakfast the next morning.
