Grogport Cottage offers fantastic self catering accommodation in the quaint village of Grogport. We are based near Carradale and close to the beach, perfect for an idyllic break in Argyll.

Our enchanting cottage boasts stunning views over the stream, with seals, otters, sea birds, porpoises, sea eagles and basking sharks often seen. The cottage is beautifully furnished and the ideal place for a tranquil getaway.

Inside the cottage is a cosy lounge with an open log fire that leads to a garden room with French doors which open onto the delightful garden. Excellent facilities include a TV/DVD player. Rustle up some tasty food in the fully equipped kitchen which has an electric hob, oven, integrated fridge (with a small freezer section), washing machine & microwave.

A gorgeous king-size bedroom is perfect for a restful night's sleep. There is a large shower room with a WC and heated toilet rail. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside there is a secure garden with garden furniture for alfresco dining when the sun is shining.

Grogport Village has a private water supply. The tap water can be used for showering and cooking but for drinking it's necessary to use bottled water. We provide an initial supply of 4 x 2 litre bottle.

We are in the perfect location for discovering all that the area has to offer. You can visit the hidden coves, deserted beaches, ancient castles and picturesque fishing villages. You can also stroll along the Kintyre Way, an outstanding walking trail. We are only 4 miles from Carradale which has a lovely harbour and fabulous beach to unwind on.
