Norfolk Riverside Cottages are a collection of detached holiday homes, set on The Broads in a beautiful part of Norfolk. All of our properties are on Grebe Island, a private island that is easily reached and located in the centre of Horning.

Grebe View – Sleeps up to 6. This is one of our newer properties and has wheelchair access. It consists of a dining area/fully fitted kitchen, seating area with TV, first floor lounge with balcony and views of the River Bure, double bedroom and a twin room. There is a large deck, riverside garden and mooring available.

Mallard View – Sleeps up to 6. Our accommodation has a spacious lounge with a balcony. Here you can enjoy the views of the River Bure. There is also a bathroom, dining area/fully fitted kitchen, seating area with TV, large deck and en suite bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a double room, bedroom 2 is a twin and the sofa bed can sleep 2 people.

Box End – A cosy cottage sleeping up to 8 in a double room, 2 twin rooms and additional guests on the double sofa bed. This is a traditional thatched cottage on the banks of the River Bure and has 120 foot of river frontage. It is well equipped and includes everything you need for an enjoyable break away.

River Bank Lodge – This single storey property is on the River Bure and overlooks the river. It can sleep up to 7 people and enjoys 150 foot of river frontage. In the house you will find a family en suite room with 1 king size bed and 1 single and 2 king en suites. You will find plenty of space outside in the way of large decking, garden and summer house.

Little Fen – A cosy island retreat for 2, this is perfect for a couple who want a relaxing break away or as additional accommodation for a group when staying in one of our other properties. It sleeps 2 on a sofa bed and is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable break away.

You are very welcome to moor your boat at your holiday cottage (with the permission of the owner). The Broads also offer plenty of places to walk, that both you and your dog will enjoy.
