Sandhole Cottages in Crowton offers wonderful self catering accommodation, based on a small equestrian centre. Our cottages near Northwich are nestled in stunning Cheshire countryside and are in a great location for exploring the area.

We have 4 cottages to choose from. Each cottage is unique and comes with private hot tubs to soak yourself and a patio with seating for al fresco dining. All the cottages include smart TVs and DAB radios. Our cottages are dog friendly and we provide a goodie bag for them. You can also bring your horse, with stables and a paddock available.

The Snug

Our cottage sleeps up to 2 people in a double room with a TV. On the ground floor has a bathroom with a shower. The ground floor has an open plan living area including a bespoke handmade kitchen with a range of appliances. A seating and dining area comes with a TV. This floor leads to a second private patio.

The Burrow

We offer accommodation for up to 4 people plus an additional single bed in this wheelchair-accessible property. Facilities include a wet room, ramps and low furniture. On the ground floor, there is a master king room with a TV. Above the bathroom is the Swallow’s Nest mezzanine hideaway. On the first floor, there is a king/twin room with en suite facilities. The bathrooms both come with a shower.

On the ground floor, there is a bespoke handmade kitchen and an open plan seating and dining area with a TV that opens to a private patio.

The Old Barn

Our cottage sleeps up to 4 people (a double sofa bed and additional can be provided), ideal for a family or group. On the first floor, there are two king rooms, including one that can be turned in a twin. The rooms come with a TV and both has en suite facilities with a shower.

On the ground floor, there is a bespoke kitchen with a range of appliances and an open plan seating and dining area with a TV that opens to a private patio.

The Hayloft

We offer accommodation for 4 people in the original hayloft. The cottage sleeps 4 people and an additional single bed can be provided. On the first floor, there are 2 king rooms, including 1 with a TV. The en suite has a shower and the king room has a roll top bath.

On the ground floor, there is a bespoke kitchen with a range of appliances and an open plan seating and dining area comes with a TV that opens to a private patio.

We are in the perfect location for exploring the area. There are lots of dog friendly National Trust parks and Delmore Forest is dog friendly. Locally there are 2 dog friendly pubs, The Hare and Hounds and The Tigers Head. Attractions to visit include:
