Bryn Mawr & Bryn Rhydd – Sleeps 11 people in two cottages. Our wonderful cottages are next to each other and come with top quality kitchens and comfortable bedrooms. Bryn Mawr also comes with two terraces to relax on.

Bryn Rhydd – sleeps 4 Bryn Rhydd, sleeping 4, sits in a very secluded location, positioned two fields away from the nearest country road accessed by a private lane, commanding panoramic views to the SW over the Carneddau mountains

Bryn Derw – Sleeps 4. Our delightful cottage overlooks a pretty field and has been stylishly renovated. A double and twin bedroom are on the first and both come with a separate shower or bathroom.

Tyddyn Derwen – Sleeps 5. This secluded cottage is nestled in woodland and renovated to a high standard. The spacious sitting room comes with a beamed fireplace and three bedrooms are available, including a single en suite room.

Ty Newydd – Sleeps 8. Our restored 18th Century farmhouse is surrounded by fields grazed by sheep and oak woodland. The L-shaped building is in a sheltered position off a single-track lane. Inside there are quality fittings and appliances to create a cosy and relaxing feel.

Lletty with Annexe – Sleeps 6 – 8. Lletty sleeps 6 in the main house and another 2 in an outbuilding. It is set on a steep slope of a hill overlooking fields and woods, with stunning views over the attractive Eglwysbach Valley.

Garth Iwrch – Sleeps 4: Located high above the Eglwysbach Valley, the property retains period features including beamed ceilings, an original slate floor in the sitting room and original small-paned sash windows. It comes with a south-facing terrace and a snug with woodburning stove.
