Tides Reach sits in the valley at Trebarwith Strand - not quite as close as the tide reaches but only about 200 yards away.

The property is light and cosy and will accommodate 4 people in two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin singles.
Downstairs is an open-planned lounge, sun lounge and dining area. The small but well-equipped kitchen is off this room, it has an electric range cooker, large fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A small utility area has a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

There is a downstairs shower room with WC and also a bathroom with shower over bath and WC upstairs.

The former artist's studio at the front of the property has been converted to provide an additional sleeping area for another 4 people with double bed, double sofa bed and en-suite shower room with WC and basin. The main house will accommodate up to 8 people in the lounge and dining areas but it should be stressed that it is not suitable for 8 adults, a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children would be comfortable.

Outside there is a sunny, secluded patio area with garden furniture. There is room to park 2 cars in the drive.
