Situated in the charming village of Gulval, close to the stunning vistas of Mount's Bay and the iconic St Michael's Mount, are the Chyandaunce and Chyancrowse cottages. These cottages, once part of a bustling dairy farm, have been transformed into well-appointed homes complete with Wi-Fi. Positioned within a walled garden, the cottages can be rented individually or together, offering flexible accommodation for up to ten guests, eight in Chyandaunce and two in Chyancrowse.

Chyancrowse - Once serving as stables, this space was remodeled into a one-bedroom bungalow in 1975. It boasts a well-equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave and a fridge with a freezer compartment. The lounge/dining area features a TV, a dining table with chairs and a storage heater. The bedroom, overlooking the garden, is furnished with a double bed, while the compact bathroom includes a toilet, washbasin and shower.

Chyandaunce - Dating back to the late 19th century and later expanded into a farmhouse, Chyandaunce underwent a thorough renovation in 1998, maintaining its classic charm. The kitchen is outfitted with an electric double oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge and separate freezer. The dining room, accommodating eight, also features a TV. A mezzanine-level sitting room offers additional seating and a sofa bed, alongside a TV and DVD player. The ground floor includes a twin bedroom and a main bathroom with a full-sized bath. The first floor hosts a family bedroom suitable for four, with a double bed and bunk beds, and another bedroom with a king-sized bed. There's also a small upstairs shower room with essential facilities. The cottage is complemented by a walled garden outside.

Gulval enjoys a prime location on the slender Cornish peninsula, bordered by St. Ives to the north and Penzance to the south, stretching all the way to Land's End. This area is a treasure trove of scenic coastal paths, secluded coves and beaches, archaeological sites, picturesque villages, and bustling towns, all within easy reach.
