Kilminorth Cottages offer self catering accommodation located in beautiful South East Cornwall in between Looe and Polperro. Our charming holiday cottages are set in beautiful gardens and surrounded by charming Cornish Woodland. The grounds boast hot tubs, an outdoor swimming pool and an all weather tennis court making it the perfect retreat for all the family.

Situated in 32 acres Kilminorth is the perfect destination for enjoy a break away with your pet.

We boast a collection of lovely holiday cottages all of which have their own unique character. They have been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout and have a warm, cosy and inviting feel to them.

Thirteen cottages are now complete with new double glazing and full central heating, these cottages offer a light and airy open-plan ground floor, with a well equipped kitchen, elegant dining and spacious living area with modern flat screen wall mounted TVs, iPod docking and HD DVDs. 7 cottages include their own private hot tubs, perfect for enjoying a relaxing break away!

The warm and cosy bedrooms are tastefully designed with high quality beds to ensure a great nights sleep. The bathrooms have a boutique hotel feel, fully tiled and with contemporary white sanitary ware and walk in showers.

Every cottage has access to relaxing gardens with ample seating and BBQ areas.

Our holiday cottages are perfectly situated to discover the delights of nearby Looe and the 13th Century fishing village of Polperro which is famous for smugglers' coves, shark fishing and the little villages also offer an array of shops. Both Looe and Polperro have many excellent restaurants and cosy pubs with locally caught seafood a speciality.

The South West Coastal Path is easily accessible and shows the dramatic effect the sea has on this peninsula. Horse riding, surfing, sailing and fishing trips are all available nearby, with shops, pubs and restaurants all within 1½ miles. We have access to lots of fantastic walks including a walk to Looe through Kilminorth Woods, as long as being located near to lots of dog friendly beaches.
