Court Farm Holidays offers fantastic self catering accommodation in Marhamchurch near Bude. Situated in a glorious part of Cornwall, we are the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life.

Our 3 properties are next to one another at Northcott Farm and each enjoys glorious countryside and sea views. Wonderful facilities available here and 4.5 miles at Court Farm include an indoor heated swimming pool, indoor and outdoor play areas, animal feeding, spa treatments and even a catering service.

Lower Northcott Farmhouse (sleeps 17): Our stunning farmhouse is spacious and enjoys spectacular views throughout. The property is ideal for a family reunion or celebration. The house has nine bedrooms, including an annexe with a double bedroom and a snug. Outside there is a secure garden and a raised patio. A hot tub is also available, ideal for soaking yourself in whilst admiring the view. A BBQ is also available.

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a double range cooker and larder fridge. There is a large dining room with a wood burner and two lounges, both with wood burners and a large widescreen TV. The largest lounge has double doors which open onto the patio. Ground floor bedrooms included 1 twin room and 2 single bedrooms. There is also access to the games room. On the first floor, there are 2 large family bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms, a single and a family bathroom.

Little Northcott Farmhouse (sleeps 8): This stunning four bedroom property is in a secluded corner of our working farm. It is ideal for families or two families holidaying together. On the ground floor, there is a large double bedroom with a king size bed and en suite facilities, a twin room, a luxurious bathroom and a well-equipped bathroom. A back-door lead to a raised patio with outdoor seating and a six-person hot tub. The ideal place to relax with a glass of wine in the afternoon sun. On the first floor, there is a large double room with a king size bed and en suite facilities. A twin room is also available which overlooks the garden.

The Cabin (sleeps 2): This charming property is perfect for a romantic getaway and comes with a garden, summer house and private hot tub. The cabin studio comes with a king size bed, open plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a jacuzzi and bath and over the shower bath.

There’s acres of space around Court Farm and a host of wonderful walks on the doorstep for you and your dog to explore.
