Old Barn Tregonetha is a stylish, eco-friendly barn conversion in Saint Columb, Cornwall. Our luxurious holiday home is the perfect base for those who want a relaxing break away. The original building is over 250 years old, so where possible we have tried to combine the best of modern amenities alongside the charm and character of the property. For those guests who bring their canine companions, you will find dog towels and spare bowls in the utility room, if you forget to bring your own. Some dog biscuits will also be waiting for their arrival.

The first-floor king-size bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with deep slipper bathtub and open wet room shower. Downstairs there is a smartly furnished single room, as well as a second king-size bedroom with fine linens. We pride ourselves in providing top quality Hypnos king-size beds for a perfect night’s sleep. The ground floor double room also benefits from a south-facing sunroom which has access to the garden and will provide an alternative space for breakfast.
There is a bold rustic family bathroom on the ground floor with bath and luxury rain head shower, which boasts a dramatic contrast of original Cornish stonework, contemporary modern sanitary ware and wow-factor lighting.

The enclosed pet safe mature well-stocked gardens will be a welcome outside space to enjoy alfresco dining with the solid granite table and chairs along with the patio and modern gas BBQ. The patio has lighting extending your outside evenings on warm nights.

Old Barn Tregonetha could not be better placed to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. A short drive to the activity beach at Watergate Bay and you will find a host of water sports including kite surfing, surfing, kite buggying and even land yachting. If you seek some Cornish liveliness, then the energised town of Newquay offers shops and bars galore as well as some beautiful beaches – a real seaside town.

Explore Padstow – Grab a taste of Rick Stein and head up the coast for a day at Port Isaac – Home of Doc Martin.
