Swallow Barn at Waterloo Farm offers superb self catering accommodation. Based at Waterloo Farm in stunning Cornish countryside, we are perfect for the ultimate rural retreat.

Our charming cottage is great for a family or group looking for a tranquil and beautiful holiday destination. This cosy cottage boasts soft rugs on the wood and slate floors, comfy sofas and a lovely blend of modern and rustic styles. You can unwind in the relaxing living room after a day of sightseeing. A well-equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances for home cooking.

Upstairs is brimming with plenty of character, including gorgeous beams and a bird nesting box with a viewing panel. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds and a pull-out single bed if needed. The rooms share a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Outside there is a seating area, ideal for a morning coffee whilst savouring your surroundings.

We provide a welcome package of fresh flowers, milk and teabags, local apple juice, Cornish biscuits, washing up liquid, dishcloth scourer, dishwasher powder, 1 guest soap and 1 toilet roll and bathmats.

You can also enjoy our fabulous outdoor pool between May-September. We have an enclosed children's play area, games room and lots of wonderful farmland to enjoy. Clay pigeon shooting, making a pizza in an outdoor oven or river fishing are also available, please enquire for details.
