Boley Hill Farm Cottages, Greyabbey, County Down
Boleyhill Farm is situated in a quiet location at the top of a private lane in Greyabbey, County Down. The three cottages retain their original character and charm and have been renovated to the highest standard. The cottages are surrounded by 30 acres of farmland.
The Forge is part of the range of old farm buildings which have been converted and has one bedroom with a king size bed sleeping two people. The living has double doors into a small conservatory. The conservatory leads out onto the patio. The patio is private and secluded and offers seating and a barbeque.
The Old Dwelling sleeps up to four people and offers two bedrooms. The bedrooms are located on the first floor, the master bedroom offers a king size bed and the second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds. The living room has an open fire and comfortable seating. There is a dining room that opens onto a veranda and private garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you will need for your break.
The Milking Parlour sleeps up to five people and offers two bedrooms. One bedroom with twin beds and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The living area has a TV, comfortable seating and a coffee table. The living room leads out into the conservatory that then has doors out onto the private patio. The kitchen is off the living room and offers everything you will need for a self catering holiday.
The picturesque Loughside village of Greyabbey is a pleasant walk of approximately a mile and has good basic local shopping and a Post Office.
Greyabbey is well known for its many antique and craft shops and the ruins of the 12th century Cistercian Abbey with attached Physic Garden. The National Trust property of Mount Stewart with its world-renowned gardens is approximately three miles from the farm.
